3. Data Retention & Right to Erasure (GDPR)
Pro subscribers retain full ownership of their records. Course creators can request total deletion of their training archives at any time by contacting support.

Pro accounts receive active cloud audit retention during active billing cycles. Account holders are encouraged to utilize our One-Click CSV Export feature for local regulatory backups.
